Layer (レイヤー Reiyā) is a keyword associated with Dona and found on white Outcast SIGNI.

SIGNI with the Layer ability have effects marked with the Layer icon (). Layer allows these SIGNI to give effects marked with the Layer icon to all of your Outcast SIGNI, allowing them to strengthen each other as they amass on the field.
