selectorセレクター spreadスプレッド WIXOSSウィクロス is the second season of the selector infected WIXOSS anime. The anime is part of the fall 2014 lineup, and started broadcasting on October 4, 2014. The opening song is "world's end, girl's rondo" by Kanon Wakeshima, while the ending song is "Undo -明日への記憶-" (Undo -Memories of Tomorrow-) by Cyua.

Introduction

Get ready for the thrilling second season of the WIXOSS series! Immerse yourself in a game where special cards called LRIGs – cards that possess personalities and wills of their own – can change your life forever. Teenager Ruko holds one of these rare cards, and if she wins, her wish will be granted. But what happens if she loses?

Plot

The story continues after the incident at Iona Urazoe fan event, where Rūko Kominato lost her LRIG, Tama, and replaced by Iona who became her LRIG instead. Rūko is traumatized by this event, though she accepted Iona as her LRIG.

Rūko and Hitoe Uemura, who knew the fate of the Selectors who lost WIXOSS battles three times, decided to never battle again with other Selectors. But, their encounter with Eldora and Chiyori at a WIXOSS party made Rūko's resolution waver.
